Family Support Services

There are 5 members of staff who support families and children in the local community.  They deliver a range of Family Support Services including home visits, 1-1 sessions, drop-ins, Centre and Outreach support groups, listening visits and signposting to a wider range of services and agencies.

As of April 2015 our reach area will cover: Aston, Aughton, Swallownest, Ulley, Treeton, Catcliffe, Waverly, Brinsworth (parts of) Thurcroft, Brampton-en-le-Morthen and Woodhouse Mill (parts of).

Family Support Team work closely with:
