Triton Recruitment require 40 x labourers to work out of the Dinnington area for general labouring duties for new residential properties.

The hourly rate is £9.50 per hour
40 hours a week 6.15am to 3.15 pm Monday – Friday (therefore applicants must be able to get to Dinnington for 6.15am)
Bonuses paid based on performance and hitting targets.

The Jobs
The labourers will work in teams with other labourers and a Team Leader will be visiting various construction sites around the region.
All applicants must hold a valid CSCS card and a full driving licence. Own transport isn’t necessary, just a FULL LICENCE.

The jobs will initially be on a 12 week temporary basis with Triton Recruitment - employed by the agency through a payroll company.
Those who complete the successful trial period will be offered a full time, PAYE contract by the client company.
The bonuses can still be earned through the agency during the 12 week preliminary period.

There are opportunities for progression to develop into a Team Leader and earn a very good salary with the bonuses available.

Obviously manual labouring is the main aspect of the job, however, the company want reliable individuals who want to earn money as - the harder they work the more they can earn.

For younger operatives an apprenticeship can be offered and they will gain qualifications otherwise they can go through us as normal, it’s entirely up to the individual.

Hesley Wood Scout Camp in Chapeltown are recruiting for 4 part-time seasonal Activity Instructors.
The roles involve ‘significant evening and weekend work’ but experience is desirable rather than essential.  Duties include:

Summary of the vacancies for Care Givers

Working on zero hour contracts. Minimum 1 hour visit to clients who “Self Fund” or receive direct payments for their care.

The company can be flexible on hours e.g. week days only, weekends only - PROVIDING THE CAREGIVER’S AVAILABILITY WILL PROVIDE SCOPE FOR WORKING 5 HOURS OR MORE PER WEEK.

Will be working with specific clients and Home Instead will match the clients to the Care Givers.

To provide high quality care and support, companionship services to older people. There is not always personal care involved but this may be required with some clients.

Record keeping and maintaining paperwork is also required as part of the job.

Previous experience not essential as the employer is looking for people who are caring and compassionate who want to make a difference.

Car drivers would be an advantage but not essential as Home Instead will aim to allocate the closest CAREGiver to clients – it just might take longer to match a non-driver.

If the Care Giver uses their car for work, the company pay mileage expenses after the first 10 miles per day @ 25p per mile, rising to 27p per mile from 1 April 18. Please note that all mileage with a client is paid @ 40p per mile. Any expenses incurred with a client e.g. parking, is also reimbursed. Business Use Insurance is required.

No uniform is provided but smart, casual dress is required (no trainers/jeans).

An Enhanced DBS will be required (£44) to be paid for by the successful applicants. Applicants already on the DBS update service, would not have this cost to incur.

Talent Match are to hold a group information session here in Rotherham Jobcentre on 22.02.18 between 11.30 & 12.30.

Talent Match is provision aimed at 18-24 year olds who are NEET, have been out of work for 6 months or more and who are experiencing difficulties or have barriers which is hindering them finding employment or training. This provision is ideal for those harder to help 18-24 year olds e.g. customers who have low self-esteem, suffer from anxiety or have mental health problems, have confidence issues, homeless or have been homeless or a lone parent with a child under 5.

They offer 1-2-1 support to the individual to help them overcome their barriers and amongst the support they offer is:-

· Help with CV’s and application forms

· Building the individuals skills and confidence

· Gain work experience & training

· Offer in work support to the individual & employer to ensure outcomes/sustainability

· Funding for training such as CSCS, SIA and FLT

· Help with travel costs whilst on the programme

· Funding to cover the costs of ID requirements such as birth certificates, CRB/DBS costs etc

At the group information session Talent Match advisers will give an overview of the programme and what support they can offer. Any individual who attends and wishes to enrol will see one of the attending Talent Match advisers.

Moonrise Care are struggling to fill their vacancies for Care Workers.

They are a Care Agency who have vacancies for Care Workers.

These vacancies are mainly for residential homes but they are branching out into Domiciliary Care.

Shifts worked can be anything between 8 and 12 hour shifts and can be days, afters or nights.

Applicants MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE OF CARE WORK IN AN EMPLOYMENT CAPACITY.

The DBS will need to be paid for by applicants – or they should have a transferrable DBS.

Employer welcomes applicants who are already working for another Care Agency.

£8.50 per hour for day shifts (that’s any shift between 8am-8pm)

£9 per hour for nights (any shifts between 8pm-8am)

** Successful applicants will get a 20 hour contract of employment **

Applicants will need to be flexible but they need to inform the employer if there are any particular shifts they are unable to do.

Sometimes, successful applicants will get their shifts notified in advance but they could also be called at short notice if a member of staff at a Residential Home has called in sick.

Own transport is not essential as, initially, they will be covering on the Residential Home aspect however, if applicants also wish to take shifts on the Domiciliary Care they WILL need their own transport (Mileage Allowance paid – exact rate to be confirmed).

At present, they cover homes in the Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield areas. If someone is struggling to get to a home where they are to cover a shift, they can get someone to give them a lift.

Uniform provided.

Moving and Handling and other company training will be provided.
