World Book Day

March 2018

The children really enjoyed attending the Centre dressed as their favourite story character for World Book Day. It was lovely to see them in their different costumes and finding out why the character they'd chosen was their favourite. They were excited to talk to each other about what they were wearing, and to play in role as their character.

Christmas 2017

During December all the children throughout the bases have been taking part in Christmas celebrations, learning new songs and re-telling the Christmas story.

We would like to thank all the families who have supported us and we hope you all enjoyed the party days.

Here is a selection of photos we would like to share with you.

Happy New Year from all the staff!

Remembrance Service

Staff and Children were joined today by members of the Local Parish Council and the Community to our annual remembrance service.  The children watched the laying of the wreaths, listened to the last post being played and observed the 2 minutes silence.

Bluebell Wood

We are collecting used stamps on behalf of Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice, so would be very grateful if you can start saving them and post them into the box in our reception.  Thank you.

Carole's family would like to thank all who helped them raise £1075 when they ran the Dronfield 10k on Sunday 19th March.  This money will go towards the British Heart Foundation's research into S.C.A.D. Please click on the link to read Matthew's story and to donate if you still wish.

Remembering Carole

The defibrillator was officially opened on 19th May 2017.  It was well attended by lots of parents, staff and Carole's close family members and was a fitting tribute to Carole and her dedication to the Centre.  100 balloons were released in the garden followed by coffee and cakes in the Centre.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in making this happen and all your generous contributions.
